Up and down trial races for selection of UK teams to compete in the European Mountain Running Championships.

Race 1: 11.30 a.m. Junior Women's Trial Race, 3.8km/235m (LAP 1)
Race 2: 12.15 p.m. Senior Women's + Junior Men's Trial Race, 7.6km/470m (LAP1 + LAP2)
Race 3: 1.15 p.m. Senior Men's Trial Race, 11.4km/705m (LAP1 + LAP2 + LAP2)
