The Trophy recognises performance in six Lakeland Classic races

Super Long 'A' : Western Lakes Series

Duddon Valley 20 miles / 6,000 ft Saturday 5 June
Ennerdale Horseshoe 23 miles / 7,500 ft Saturday 12 June
Wasdale 21 miles / 9,000 ft Saturday 10 July

Long 'A' : Borrowdale / Langdale Series

Borrowdale 17 miles / 6,500 ft Saturday 7 August
Three Shires 12 miles / 4,000 ft Saturday 18 September
Langdale Horseshoe 14 miles / 4,000 ft Saturday 9 October

Scoring: Best 3 performances to count, including 2 Super Long 'A'
2 Super Long 'A' plus 1 Long 'A' or 3 Super Long 'A'
Points scoring based on finish times rather than positions

Teams: 3 to score of any male/female mix : different club counters allowed at each race
Prizes : Trophies are presented to 1st Male, 1st Female, & 1st Team : 10 additional awards to category winners
Entry: Free! Just enter races as usual to gain points for the Trophy
